1. General provisions

These Return Policy rules (the Rules) set out the conditions for returning, exchanging, and withdrawing from the purchase contract for goods purchased in the online store https://www.goldinga.lt/ (the E-shop).

The Rules form an integral part of the agreement between UAB “Aurilė”, legal entity code 164128355, registered office address Rotušės aikštė 5, 97140 Kretinga (the Seller), and the buyer (the Customer).

2. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

2.1. Statutory 14-day right

If the Customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day the goods are received, without giving any reason.

2.2. Additional 30-day voluntary return guarantee

The Seller grants consumers an additional, voluntary right to return goods within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the day the goods are received. This 30-day period is a goodwill guarantee provided by the Seller and applies subject to these Rules.

3. Return conditions

The returned goods must be:

  • unused,
  • undamaged and not having lost their commercial appearance,
  • with tags/labels still attached,
  • in the original packaging where possible.

Damaged packaging alone is not a reason to refuse a return; however, the Seller may reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has diminished due to the Customer’s actions.

4. Return procedure

  1. Notify us by email at info@goldinga.eu (please include your order number) no later than 30 days from receipt of the goods.
  2. Send the goods back within 14 days from the date of your notice.

You can return goods:

  • to the address Rotušės aikštė 5, 97140 Kretinga, or
  • via DPD, Omniva, or LP Express parcel terminals (the shipping label must include phone +370 625 55585 and email info@goldinga.eu).

The cost of returning goods is covered by the Customer, except where defective/non-conforming goods are returned.

5. Refunds

The Seller refunds all amounts paid for the goods and delivery within 14 calendar days from the date the notice of withdrawal is received, but not earlier than the goods are received back (unless the Seller decides otherwise).

6. Defective / non-conforming goods

If the goods are defective or non-conforming, the Customer may request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund in accordance with applicable Lithuanian law.

7. Goods that cannot be returned

In accordance with applicable law, the following goods cannot be returned:

  • made-to-order or personalized goods;
  • sealed hygiene/health-protection goods after unsealing;
  • perishable goods.

8. Final provisions

These Rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes may be resolved in Lithuanian courts and, for consumers, also out of court via the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) or through the EU ODR platform.
